Our friends are obsessed with this, and he’s obsessed with feeding it to us because of our reaction! This adds so much flavor and zing to any meal, and the meticulous way he shreds everything is where the magic happens.

Ingredients:⁣⁣
⭐️ 1 red onion⁣⁣
⭐️ large handful of cilantro⁣⁣
⭐️ 1/3 head of cabbage⁣⁣
⭐️ 2 tsp red wine vinegar⁣⁣
⭐️ 2 tsp white vinegar⁣⁣
⭐️ 2 tsp balsamic vinegar⁣⁣
⭐️ 2 tbsp olive oil⁣⁣
⭐️ juice of 1 lime⁣⁣
⭐️ salt & pepper to taste⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Directions:⁣⁣
1️. Finely (and I mean FINELY!) slice the onion and cabbage into paper thin shreds so that every bite has perfect proportions.⁣⁣
2️. Finely chop the cilantro and add everything to a bowl.⁣⁣
3️. Add your vinegars, olive oil, and the juice of one line.⁣⁣
4️. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly, and enjoy!
